'Sonically speaking, the posthuman era is not one of disembodiment but the exact reverse: it's a hyperembodiment' (Kodwo Eshun, More brilliant than the sun, 1998)

Study for a Mirror Box is a 4-channel, electronic study for Mirror Box (Flesh+Prosthesis #3) for amplified sax, percussion, piano and electronics. Almost all sounds are based on samples of saxophone and percussion (recorded respectively with Marcus Weiss & Christian Dierstein at the Experimental Studio Freiburg), piano (Stefan Prins), with additional recordings made by Patrick Stadler and Brian Archinal.
